6 DAY QI HEALER INTENSIVE

The 6 Day Qi Healer Intensive is the foundation for all the other courses in the school.  During these six days, you will take part in an amazing transformational experience, and learn the fundamentals of personal qigong and Qi healing practices (internal and external qigong).

 Course Content

• Self-cultivation techniques: gather Qi from the Universe, store and circulate Qi in your body.

•  How to strengthen your Qi and remove imbalances in its circulation

• Special qigong meditations and movement exercises

• Opening the microcosmic orbit and practice of this very special meditation

•  How to sense and emit Qi with your palms

•  How to locate and correct imbalances in others

• Qi healing techniques: Healing localized problems; healing the whole body with the Buddha Palm technique

• Three different techniques to develop your ability to see Qi

• Open and enhance your innate special functions

• Six golden keys, four special doors, five hearts for Qi healing practice.

Evening format:

Day Format:
Mon– Fri:     9:00 am to 12:00 pm
                      2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Saturday:     9:00 am to 1:00 pm

The material covered in both formats is identical. The day format simply allows a more relaxed pace and more time to practice.

8 DAY QIGONG THERAPIST INTENSIVE 

The 8 Day Qigong Therapist Intensive is designed to expand the knowledge and skills learned in the 6 Day Qi Healer Intensive. This is an opportunity to deepen your understanding of human energetics and further develop your abilities as a Qi healer. In this course, you will learn about the theories of classical Chinese medicine as they relate to Qi healing. Qigong therapist certification is issued to those who successfully complete the written test.

 Course Content

• Theories of Jing-Qi-Shen, Yin & Yang, Five Elements, Zang-Fu Organs, meridians and acupuncture points

• How to apply theories of Chinese medicine to Qi healing

•  Factors that affect balance: role of emotions, lifestyle factors, environment, trauma, etc.

• Six healing sounds with their associated movement forms

• Nei Yang Gong meditation

• Tong therapist movement form

• How to correctly prescribe meditations

• Corrections for body posture, breathing and mind

• Classification, location, indications and combinations of acupuncture points for Qi healing

• Meditation with acupuncture points

• Opening of the Macrocosmic orbit and practice of this wonderful meditation

SEASONAL QIGONG

We are all open with the Universe, and so, we are deeply affected energetically by seasonal or weather changes. Perhaps there is a season you don’t particularly enjoy? Or, maybe you thrive in another? This could be because of constitutional factors that set you up for seasonal variations in your Qi. Find out what it all means by attending seasonal qigong classes.

In each class, we will explore six different qigong methods for personal practice to harmonize and balance your Qi with the changing seasons.
